We do not use targeted advertising services or behavioural profiling.
Data processors (service providers)
To provide the service, peelmicro uses the following providers as data processors. All apply adequate safeguards and have signed or rely on data processing agreements:
- Formspree Inc. (USA) — contact form processing
- Calendly LLC (USA) — call scheduling
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — Site hosting and analytics
- Acens Technologies / Telefónica Empresas (Spain) — email and domain hosting
International transfers
US-based providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission Adequacy Decision of July 2023) and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How we obtain your consent
Consent is obtained through the explicit submission of the Site’s forms (contact form and call booking). Simply browsing the Site does not require consent, as the analytics in use are anonymous and do not use cookies.
Your rights
As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure(“right to be forgotten”): request deletion
- Objection: object to processing

Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: HTTPS on all communications, restricted access to provider accounts, and encryption at rest in their infrastructures. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties outside the processor list above.
Minors
This Site is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will update this Policy when processing changes. The “last updated” date appears at the top.
